Design-Build Accountability

Architecture and construction under one roof means the team that designs your home is accountable for building it. No finger-pointing between architect and builder — because they're the same firm. Change orders drop dramatically when design is informed by real construction costs from day one.

We accept only 6–8 custom homes per year. This isn't a marketing tactic — it's the only way to give every project the dedicated focus it deserves. Your home gets direct principal involvement from concept through completion.

Initial Consultation

We sit down — in person, at your land or in our office — and talk about your vision, your budget, and your timeline. No sales pitch. No pressure. Just an honest conversation about what's possible, what things cost, and whether we're the right fit for your project. This meeting is complimentary and carries no obligation.

Programming & Discovery

We go deep: How do you live? What rooms do you actually use? What's missing from your current home? We visit your land, discuss orientation and views, and create a written project brief — room-by-room requirements, adjacencies, square footage targets, and a preliminary budget range.

Design Development

Your project brief becomes architecture. Floor plans, exterior elevations, 3D renderings. Every material, finish, and fixture is selected and documented. The budget is refined to a fixed price. At the end of this phase, you know exactly what you're getting and exactly what it costs.

Construction

Your home takes shape. Weekly updates with photos. Monthly draw meetings. You're welcome on site anytime — we encourage it. See your framing go up, your cabinets go in, your tile get set. The transparency of our process means there are no mysteries about what's happening behind the walls.

Completion & Warranty

Final inspections. Certificate of occupancy. Detailed orientation walkthrough. A homeowner's manual specific to your house. Keys in your hand. Our warranty coverage begins — one year comprehensive, two years systems, ten years structural. And we answer the phone.
