Timber Ridge Phase II
Following the success of Timber Ridge Phase I — now home to 10 estate lots — Southern Shore Homes presents the Phase II master site plan. This planned expansion adds 54 one-acre-plus homesites on a thoughtfully laid-out road network with private cul-de-sacs, a central pond, and direct adjacency to the existing Phase I community.
Phase II is currently in planning and development. Lot pricing, release dates, and construction timelines will be announced as the project progresses.
